Fully support. Mujhe pehli job mein 3.2 LPA mila tha and I thought that's market rate. Kisi ne bataya hi nahi. Same to same story for half my batch.

Good rule. Salary secrecy only helps the employer. In Chennai also people get offended if you ask, it is a cultural thing itself.

Same rule in my agency group. Uff, the number of juniors who were working for 25k because nobody told them 60k is normal for 2 years of Laravel.

Agreed. Ghabrao mat juniors, share karo. Exact number nahi batana toh range batao, that also helps.
