The short version of our terms of service on paying, refunds and what money cannot buy.
- Is Dynamo Geeks free?
- Yes. Reading, writing, asking, answering, chat and topics are free and will stay free. Pro and Recruiter add depth on top of free plans that work on their own, and Showcase is for businesses that want to show their work.
- Does anything renew automatically?
- No. Every plan is a one-time payment for a fixed time: a week, a month, three months or a year. Nothing renews and nothing is charged again. Buy another pass while one is running and it starts when the current one ends, so you never lose time you paid for.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes, if a plan did not work as described or you were charged by mistake: write to info@playxoft.com within 7 days of the charge and we will sort it out. A Showcase campaign we do not approve is refunded in full. The full policy is in our terms of service.
- What is never for sale?
- Ranking, reputation and labels. No plan moves anyone up a leaderboard, earns reputation, places a post higher among answers, or removes a “Sponsored” label or any other label. Showcase sits beside the content, always labelled, and never inside answers or rankings.
- Who takes the payment?
- Dodo Payments, as merchant of record: it takes the payment, sends the receipt and handles sales tax, VAT or GST where it applies. Dynamo Geeks is run by Playxoft Studios Private Limited.
- Why does a button say “Coming soon”?
- Payments are not switched on yet, so nothing can be charged. If you want a plan before then, write to info@playxoft.com.
