Scene ye hai ki hamari company ne Noida wala chhota office band karke sab kuch Gurgaon (Cyber City) shift kar diya. Mail aaya: "To boost collaboration, all employees are expected in office 3 days a week." Main Sector 62 Noida mein rehta hoon. Toh ek hafta try kiya, honestly, bina complain kiye. Ye raha hisaab:

Route options

  • Metro: Sector 62 se Blue Line, Rajiv Chowk pe Yellow Line, phir Rapid Metro. Ek side lagbhag 1 ghanta 45 minute, do changes, aur shaam 6 baje Rajiv Chowk pe khud ko insaan feel karna mushkil hai
  • Car: DND, Ashram, phir NH48. Subah 8:30 nikla toh 1 ghanta 50 min. Shaam ko barish hui toh 2 ghanta 40 min. Hero Honda Chowk pe paani mein gaadi chalana ek alag skill hai
  • Cab: ek side 700-900, surge mein aur zyada. 3 din mein 5000 se upar

Hafte ka hisaab

  • 3 din x lagbhag 4.5 ghante = 13.5 ghante sirf aane jaane mein
  • Meri team ke 5 mein se 3 log Bangalore mein hain. Toh main Gurgaon jaake headphone lagake Bangalore walon se Teams call karta hoon. "Collaboration" 😂
  • Un 3 dino mein code kitna likha? Ghar ke 2 din se kam

Maine kya kiya

Gussa nahi kiya, data liya. Manager ko ek page bheja: commute time, office mein actually kaun milta hai, aur un 3 dino ka mera output. Proposal diya: 2 din office, wahi din jab Gurgaon wali team bhi aati hai, aur timing 11 se 8 taaki peak traffic na mile.

Manager maan gaya. HR ne thoda drama kiya par manager ne sambhal liya. Ab 2 din, 11 se 8. Commute ab ek side 1 ghanta 15 min. Jeena thoda aasan hai.

Lesson: RTO pe rona mat, numbers do. Manager ko bhi upar jawab dena hota hai, use data chahiye. Aapki company ka kya scene hai? 🙏

Noida to Gurgaon is not a commute, it is an inter-state journey. Literally UP to Haryana via Delhi. Your manager should be paying you a border allowance.
