Allora. Pizza is the best design system ever made. 3 core components (dough, tomato, mozzarella), strict tokens (the oven is 485°C, not "warm"), a clear spacing scale (the cornicione), and centuries of documentation. If you add pineapple you are not "extending the system", you are making a fork that nobody will maintain 🤌 (not my pizza, mine was eaten before the photo, like every good prototype)

This is the best design system talk you have ever given and you gave it with a pizza. Lagom pineapple is still too much pineapple, I agree.

In the Netherlands we have pizza with döner on it. I will not defend it. It is very good.

Bon. And in Alsace we have the tarte flambée, which is a pizza with a better lawyer. I say nothing more.
