Research trip for my weird fishing game. Rented a chalet in the Laurentides, borrowed a char from my beau-frère, caught exactly zero fish, collected 2 frozen fingers and 1 very good idea for the reel mechanic (the tension should feel like the line is alive, not like a progress bar). Not my photo, my lake was greyer and full of leaves. Pas pire comme semaine.

This is the best argument you've made for leaving the big studio. Nobody at a AAA lets you go to a chalet for a reel mechanic. Okay. Maybe you were right.

No. You went fishing and called it work. I respect this so much. Next time I go to restaurant and call it "research for cooking system"
