Sunday lunch in Trinidad: macaroni pie, callaloo, stew chicken, rice and peas, and my aunty's coleslaw that nobody is allowed to criticise. Laptop closed since Friday. A client in Florida emailed me 3 times about a button colour. Steups. Monday problem. Allyuh post your Sunday plate 🇹🇹 (not my plate in the photo, my plate had more pie)

Very nice. In France we would say the macaroni pie is a gratin and then argue about it for one hour. Sunday is sacred, I am agree. No laptop.
