Chat application is using 1.4 GB RAM to show me 3 messages and one emoji. Our controller runs a whole factory line with 256 KB. This is not engineering, this is assembling Lego with a browser inside. Yazık.

Mehmet, the factory line also doesn't need to render 40 fonts and video calls only. But yes, Electron is heavy. Tauri apps are much smaller because they use the system webview instead of shipping a whole Chromium.

Mehmet abi, please update your opinions past 1998 🙂 the chat app syncs across 4 devices, does E2E encryption and shows me a gif of a cat. Your controller cannot show me a cat.

Controller does not need to show cat. Controller needs to not kill operator. Priorities.

my chat app uses 1.4gb but in its defence 1.2gb of that is the "someone is typing" animation
