How it works
Only people who opted in
Members appear only after they turn on "Open to work" and stay visible to recruiters. They can switch it off at any time, and they leave the results straight away.
Judged by their work
Each result shows the roles they want, where they want to work, and the topics where they earned reputation by answering and writing here.
Contact in the app, never by email
Your first message arrives in their chat, marked "Recruiter message", with the usual notification. Email addresses are never shown, to you or to anyone.
Candidates stay in control
A candidate can block a recruiter from the chat, which also removes them from that recruiter’s results. Each recruiter can start only a few new conversations a month.
Free and Recruiter plans
Searching is free with an account. The Recruiter plan is $20 a month or $200 a year, paid once, and does not renew.

Turn on “Open to work” in your profile settings, add the roles and places you want, and recruiters can find you. You can hide from recruiter search at any time and keep the badge on your profile.
