Final round today. The interviewer was on his phone for about 20 of our 45 minutes. I designed a rate limiter for someone reading Slack. I said thank you at the end. I'm not sure who I was thanking. 🙃

This is unacceptable from the interviewer side. If you cannot give the candidate your attention, you should not be on the panel. Sorry Kenji.

Kenji, if you're comfortable, send the recruiter a short, factual note. Good companies want to know. I've removed people from interview panels for exactly this.
